At Little Promises Co, each order is prepared with care, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
Returns
Because many of our products are prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, when applicable
Once we review the issue, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Personalized or Custom Items
Personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges for size, color, design preference, or other buyer-selected options.
If you need a different item or size, a new order will need to be placed.
Order Cancellations
Because orders may begin processing soon after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as quickly as possible. If your order has already entered production or preparation, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Little Promises Co.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, personalized products, custom products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
