At this time, Little Promises Co does not offer customized gift sets unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Orders totaling $24 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States, subject to the terms of our Shipping Policy and any applicable promotion conditions.

Little Promises Co currently ships within the United States only.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–5 business days after shipment, although delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside of our reasonable control may affect delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Because our baby clothing is prepared and packaged with care for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact Little Promises Co within 7 days of delivery.
Approved refunds will be issued according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because order preparation may begin shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started.
